% Creates a LaTeX table from s.

   It searches the data structure recursively so that each column is
   a field name. The final column has numbers.
   u has the same structural form as s but rather than numbers each
   value is a units array. For example

   s.a   = 1;
   s.b.q = 2;
   s.b.r = 3;

   has a corresponding u

   u.a   = 'rad';
   u.b.q = 'N';
   u.b.r = 'm';
